Phat Thai, located in that "decidedly hip & fashionable town" of Carbondale, and situated 20 miles from the chic bastion of urbane sophistication that is Aspen, Colorado, albeit in a place far from the attitude in a "turn-of-the-century" row building with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors are the people that make good Thai food a local reality.
Meals in Thailand are more or less "group events" where dishes arrive together. At Phat Thai grazing and sharing are requisite elements of the Thai experience, whether at the long steel covered communal table & bar or in the dining room. Most of our dishes are large enough to share. We encourage you to order a number of plates for your table and dine communally.
